Fully on trend - with safety!
The Kleve police traffic accident prevention department offers free riding and safety training for pedelec riders.
After a theoretical introduction, there is the opportunity to ride through a course with various exercises. The course simulates different traffic situations, which are designed to practice safe participation in road traffic. This is about: Balance between bike and body, the correct line of vision, optimal braking behavior, etc.
Cyclists who intend to buy a pedelec are also welcome, as the traffic accident prevention officers can give valuable tips on what to look out for when buying a pedelec.
All participants are asked to wear a bicycle helmet during training.
In addition to the pre-planned training sessions, unscheduled training sessions are also offered for groups of up to 20 participants.
